All sales are final. All items sold as-is where is. We will do our best to describe all items properly, but it is your responsibility to determine actual items condition and functionality. We welcome you to preview items and use photographs to determine condition and completeness. Given the scope and scale of the collection, we have spent countless hours attempting to pair items with correct accessories and mates. However, due to the intricate nature of the collectible hobby, some items may be paired incorrectly. We welcome your questions and will do our absolute best to field any request you may have regarding these items. A bid is a binding contract and you are required to pay for the item and abide by our terms which includes picking your items up during the allotted pick-up dates and times. Invoices that are not paid for within a week will be handled by our affiliated collections agency. Chargebacks may be a criminal act and will be handled appropriatly from a legal standpoint. If a chargeback occurs, your information will also be given to our collections agency. We are not a grading nor authentication company. We do our best to photograph items clearly for your inspection. If something has an authentication it will be pictured, if not please use your own judgment while bidding. No returns or refunds of any kind will be issued once an item has been sold. Nothing is sold with a warrenty implied or expressed. Please keep in mind all items are sold as is with parts as pictured and described. If an item is not pictured and/or described to be included with the sale, do not assume that it will be part of the sale. All measuring devices included in the photos are to show the dimensions of the item and are NOT for sale. Any item not picked up during the allotted times will be forfeited to Beyond The Door Auction and either donated or resold. The payment will NOT be refunded. Your card on file will automatically be charged at the end of the auction. There are NO alternative payment methods.
