Auction Terms & Conditions 1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, exchanges, or warranties. 2) Due to COVID-19 there will be no preview time. If you would like more pictures of an item please do not hesitate to ask! 3) Shipping is not available in house. Buyers can coordinate there own shipping if they would like. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time or make other arrangements with us in a timely manner. 5) Pick ups will at Big Reds in Irvington on Tuesday March 2nd from 10am-6pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day. If you tell us when you are coming we will have your items ready for pick up. All social distancing measures will be followed. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. If you would like to pay with cash or check at pick up please contact Brad before the auction ends. 7) Sales Tax applies please make sure your tax ID number is on file if you are exempt. 8) Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns Happy Bidding and Have Fun! 9) The buyer premium for this auction is 10%.
