Bidders needing shipping,
Please make sure to register with the CC you want us to charge as it will be automatically charged once the items are packaged and ready for shipment. We only accept cards over the phone for those customers with a good bidding history or high reputation score. If an issue arises with the registration card, you will be notified to turn the card on or fund the card.
Depending on the number of shipments, these normally ship by Thursday following the close of the Auction.
Shipping Costs: We charge the actual cost of shipping plus a handling fee of $4.00 for padded envelopes and the 4x4x4 boxes and $6.00 for larger sized box.
Additional Shipping Fee's: On rare occusions we charge for additional packing materials needed to pack the items (box/paper/bubble wrap etc.). Box fee's ranges from $1 to $5.00 a box normally, larger boxes are more. 99% of our shipments are not charged additional fee's.
Tracking number ('s) will be supplied at the time we charge your credit card via email when your items are package and ready to be shipped. You may also email (info@UBidEstates.com) or call to obtain the tracking number @ 817.400.8243 (UBid).
We do our very best to ship things safely, but in the event something gets broke, we do not refund. UBid Estate & Auction Services LLC assumes no responsibility for stolen or lost items. We ensure that the shipments are picked up and once the shipping provider has the item, the ownership of the shipment is yours.

Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items prior to bidding. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, value, authenticity and all other factors of each item they bid on. UBid Estate & Auction Services LLC. is not responsible for errors of description and the pictures of any lot shows what is in the said lot. Bidder shall be the sole judge of any items value. Any wording related to grading of coins, bills etc., are what we were told or what is written on the items package; you are the final judge of the items grade based on what you see. If you disagree, please bid accordingly to your view of the items grade.

-Sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is filed with us on or before the sale.
Charging the registration Credit Card:
When we charge the card on file and results in a decline of payment, a processing free of $5.00 will be added to the total due.

If you are wanting to pay with PayPal, please state that in the "Notes to Auctioneer" area when registering or reply back to the invoice no later than close of business Tuesday to prevent shipping delay.
Once the winning lots are boxed and ready to be shipped, we charge the card on file for the outstanding balance which includes shipping or mark as paid if using PayPal.
A paid invoice will be sent with the tracking number ('s) included in the email. Normal shipping time is 1 to 3 days from the close of the Auction.
