Terms and Conditions of March 30 Auction - Whitman Land Auction Bid price is x160. Non-refundable deposit of 10% of purchase price is due on sale day. Deposit is non-refundable is sale fails to close for any reason. Property is subject to CRP contract through September, 2022. Buyer agrees to let the current contract expire in full and not terminate the contract early for any reason. Contract payments will be pro-rated to day of closing. Buyer understands that Seller will incur substantial damages if contract is terminated early and agrees to be responsible for those damages. Property is subject to any existing recorded easements. Mineral rights will convey if currently owned. Property is being sold "As is, Where is" and is not subject to financing, inspections or any other contingencies.
