The descriptions of all items shown in the Catalog are believed to be accurate, but not warranted. Bidder is encouraged to request additional or photos prior to bidding. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have obtained the additional information of the items to their satisfaction, and accept the lot as described. All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties (express or implied). DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of catalogue descriptions and auctioneers' statements regarding condition and vintage, but these statements are not warranted. You must rely solely upon your own judgment regarding the condition and authenticity of each item. Occasionally, information concerning an item may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC reserves the right to correct such information at any time and shall not incur any liability as a result. Please bring assistance with you for large items. Bidder is responsible for all movement of purchased items and furniture. Any items left after Sunday February 28th at 4:00pm EST will become the property of DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC. Failure to pick up will result in a $75 charge to your account . "Unclaimed" items will be considered "surrendered" to DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC. The "surrendered" items will be donated or resold to the account of DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC. No notice will be given. Shipping is available on smaller items (up to 30 lbs) All items will be shipped at the buyers expense via USPS Priority Mail , or the purchaser's preferred method. A $5.00 handling charge per package (not per item) will apply. All items shipped will be under the buyers responsibility to make claims with the carrier of choice. DandyLane Marketing Group, LLC assumes no responsibility once the item has left our premises. All Sales are Final, no exceptions!
