Knox County Surplus Industrial Property Auction Online Only Bidding Bidding Starts Closing March 11 @ 12 Noon Trebor Lane 6.5 Acres located in Forks of the River Industrial Park Beside Champion Safe Co Mapping and Detail at bottom of page Terms. 10% deposit day of sale closing 20 day from Knox County approval. Knox County will furnish deed. Title report and title insurance will be responsibility of buyer to obtain. Property taxes will start after property closes. Sale is not contingent on financing. A 5% buyers premium will be added to final bid to establish total contract sales price.
Terms: The successful high bidder on this property will be required to sign the Real Estate Sales Contract, Terms & Conditions and any other documents needed, immediately upon conclusion of the bidding and will make an earnest money deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price. A Five percent (5%) buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to establish the total sales price. US currency cash or approved check. The balance is to be paid in full at the deed closing, 30 days after Knox County Commission approval. Property taxes to start at closing for the buyer. Seller to provide deed. Buyer is responsible for title opinion, title insurance & recording fees. Buyer is responsible for HOA requirements, transfer fees, membership fees, if applicable.
