Your invoice will be emailed to the email that you provide during registration upon completion of our auction. If you do not see it in your in-box please be sure to check your junk-mail folder. Your credit card that you provide upon registration will be charged for the total amount of your invoice the following afternoon after the auction is complete. If you prefer to pay via e-Transfer please indicate prior to the auction by leaving a note to the Auctioneer when registering E-Transfer payments must be completed within 24 hours of receiving your invoice otherwise your credit card will be charged instead. BUYER'S PREMIUM: Please note that a 15% Buyers premium will be placed on all lots purchased in this auction. Be sure to factor the Buyer's Premium into your bids when bidding. All applicable Ontario sales tax (13% HST) will be charged to the final invoice sum. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from the sale any of the items listed. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price. CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is 'basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item EITHER BY EMAIL OR PHONE CALL AS THERE WILL BE NO PREVIEW TIME. No responsibility is assumed by Pritchard Auctions Inc. or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from the premises.
