This is a live auction. All Pre Auction Absentee (online) bids will be brought to the LIVE AUCTION. All items sold "as is where is" without warranty expressed or implied. All purchases must be paid for on auction day and prior to removal of items from the premises; unless winning with an absentee bid. Absentee winning bids must be paid by the close of business on Monday Dec 23 and arrangements made with Auctioneer to pick up your items. We will contact all absentee bid winners within 12 hours of the end of the live auction. Method of payment: cash, local check, cashier's check, wire transfer ($15 fee) or Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. A 13% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids at live auction and for HiBid Absentee bids, paid at checkout. There is a 3% discount for cash. Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us. SPECIAL NOTE: This website is NOT an INTERNET ONLY auction, but a place to leave absentee bids for our live auctions. Bids are taken from this site and bid on competitively during the live auction against absentee bids left on site and by people in attendance at our live auction. All bidders must be registered to bid and issued a bidder's number. Your bid is a contract under State law, signifying your intent to pay for all winning bids.
