Pick up of items MUST be made within the hours specified for the auction. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and the buyer will be charged for disposal. We do not provide packing materials or tools or boxes. If you have purchased heavy items please bring help with you. Any damge caused to property during removal of your items will be assessed and charged to the buyer. The Kilted Moose will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. The Kilted Moose reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction or rereun the auction at our discretion. A bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from Site for providing false information when registering.
