Items are located through out the country and do not sit in a mutual auction yard. The city and state of each item is disclosed in the item's details. Buyers's are responsible for retrieving the items purchased from each individual location. Tumbleweed Equipment does not and will not ship, nor will provide transportation for the items to be moved. It will be up to the buyer to make arrangements to pick up the items sold from the seller. Internet pre-bidding will begin Thursday,11/19/2020 at 5pm (CST) and end at 9:59am on 12/04/2020. The live internet auction will begin at 10am (CST) on Friday, 12/04/2020. Dates and times are subject to change at the Auctioneer's dicretion without notice. Additionally, auction inventory may be added and/or cancelled from the auction schedule should the seller experience some unforseen circumstance and the equipment or item cannot be sold. Our Auctioneer is licenced and approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. Tumbleweed Equipment and Auction Co. of West Texas CANNOT guarantee that the live auction, the website or any related services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Short breaks may be needed for auction staff, or auctioneer. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, BY BIDDING. The bidder agrees to Tumbleweed Equipment and Auction Co. of West Texas' charges, INCLUDING A 4% BUYER'S PREMIUM, taxes and credit card fees. Tumbleweed Equipment and Auction Co. of West Texas DOES NOT own the inventory, nor keeps posession of it, and is simply providing a service by auctioning on behalf of the sellers. Sellers may have different standards for approving an individual's auction participation, you may be required to apply for and obtain approval to participate in a specific auction. Approved Buyers will receive a Bidder Number. Approval to participate is not guaranteed and on behalf of the sellers' instruction, Tumbleweed Equipment and Auction Co. of West Texas reserves the right to refuse to approve any person applying to participate in any auction. Additionally, Tumbleweed Equipment and Auction Co. of West Texas can disqualify an already approved bidder from participating at any time at the Auctioneer's discretion. The condition of the items has not been verified by Tumbleweed, professionally, by an appraiser, or any other party other than the seller. It is, however,as acurately described as possible, to the best of our knowledge, but the items sold are not guaranteed to be an exact discription. All items will be sold AS IS. No warranty, no returns ALL SALES are FINAL! Buyer is responsible for viewing pictures, and asking questions PRIOR to bidding. Tumbleweed Equipment and Auction Co.of West Texas will be as forthcoming as we can as far as mechanical issues, or condition of the items. We do promise that, unless otherwise disclosed, all forward and reverse gears are working properly, that motor blocks are not patched and are free of cracks, any 4 wheel drive feature on an item described as such will be opperative,and 3 Pt, and PTO on equipment will be opperative. These conditions must be verified by the seller and the buyer at the time of pick up. There is currently no fee to bid, however, Tumbleweed Equipment and Auction Co. of West Texas reserves the right to apply a fee to bid for all future online auctions. Placing a bid is a contract to pay. If you are the winning bidder and do not pay your invoice or make plans to pay for your invoice within 7 days of the sale date, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of your invoice total. All sales are final. Upon completion of payment transactions, the winning bidder will be provided with location and other details regarding where to pick up your equipment/ vehicle.
