By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase or receive any refund whatsoever. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at any time. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during auction. George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
