Bidders must register and be approved to bid by Curb and Street LLC prior to the start of the auction. In most cases, we cannot provide physical access for inspection of items and bidders must submit offers at their own risk. All items are represented to the best of our ability, and are offered as is.

Payment Terms
Payment for any winning bid is due within 5 days Winning bids not paid for within the specified timeframe will be subject to a Late Fee of $20 or 2% of the selling price of the winning bid, whichever is greater. Payment may be made by credit card over the phone, cashier's check, or money order.
All shipping is done in-house. Shipping fees will be determined post-auction, and added to the invoice. All items can be picked-up in person at our location.
