The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. No Cash or Checks accepted at time of pickup. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file when you registered. One for the item, the other for Shipping. Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding you have on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition. Pickup Dates: Sat. 10/24 10:00am to 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for loading your purchases! If you need to have your items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time, to confirm "Ship to" Address. Unless shipping or pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup date will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.
