• After receiving your invoice via email, please contact Dora at 440-333-5656 Ext. 2 to arrange for payment of your invoice and shipping, if such is required in your case. Otherwise, Dora will be contacting you for payment in the order that your invoice lands on her desk
• Buyer must make arrangements to pay within 24 hours after receiving the invoice.
• TAX EXEMPT: If buyer or his/her company is tax exempt, buyer must send documentation of tax-exempt status to auctionmaan@gmail.com Before the beginning of an auction. If auction is already started, buyer should contact Maan "Jojo" Yousef at 440-799-7505 to make other arrangement prior to bedding on any item(s).

Equipment must be picked up starting the day after the conclusion of the auction and the 5 days immediately following the auction closing date. If there is a delay in payment of the invoice, pick up shall take place the day the invoice is paid and the 5 working days thereafter, but no later than 14 days after the close of auction.
Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with packing, pick up, loading, and shipping

Pickups take place Monday – Friday of 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time

Driving Directions: The best way to get to our main location is to put the address 3450 Service Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44111 into the GPS System. We are within ½ a mile of Interstate 90, approximately 2 miles from Interstate 71 and around three miles from Interstate 480. We are less than 5 miles away from Hopkins International Airport.
Import Duties: If the item purchased is to be shipped outside the United States, (WHICH WE HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE OF THE CRAZY AMOUNT THE SHIPPING WILL COST) please note that we do not know the laws of your country and have no idea what your customs department will charge as custom duties and fees once the item arrives to your country. In short, there could be additional charges added by your country’s customs department that we have absolutely no control over.
Pick up of items:
Removal and Pick Up of items: BLACK FRIDAY November 27th to December 4th, 2020, excluding Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM Everything must be removed by Thursday December 4th, 2020 at 5:30 PM, with no exceptions, unless a delay occurs through no fault of the buyer. You MUST have a copy of your paid invoice/Bill of Sale showing a $0 dollar balance or Paid in Full balance on the transaction when Picking Up the unit. Please be prepared to know your Bidder Number and/or Lot Number(s) of the units that you are picking up. If there is a delay in the invoice being sent out and thus paid, the pickup date will be up to five days following the payment of the invoice but no later than Thursday December 10th, 2020.
