Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 3% will be charged on all equipment. WE HAVE CHANGED OUR PAYMENT POLICY FOR THIS AUCTION: Payment of ALL equipment is due at the time of pick-up. Canning Auctions accepts cash, good check, and credit card. The hammer price plus 3% total will be emailed to the winning bidder at the close of the online auction Monday October 12th 3. You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionalbe, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. Canning Auctions LLC reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc... 4.This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 2 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. 5. Bidders understand that this auction is on-line only and bidding relies on devices and programs that may malfunction without warning.
