1. The Auctioneer will sell each horse to the highest bidder and will settle any disputes, his decision will be final. 2. Terms of the sale are cash, approved cheques or authorized Visa or MasterCard (plus a 3% surcharge on all Credit Card purchases). Personal cheques will be considered cash when accompanied by proper identification. Payment must be made before horses are released. 3. Cheques will be made out to Northern Lights Breeders Group Inc. 5% GST will be charged. 4. Registration papers will be mailed out after cheques have cleared. Buyers will pay the transfer fees. 5. All sellers will provide a halter and lead rope with each horse. All horses are halter broke. 6. Every effort has been made to insure correctness of pedigree names, numbers and official records. Any known corrections will be made at sale time. Announcements from the auction stand will take precedence over printed matter in the catalog. 7. Owners warrant each horse to be sound with the exception of obscure blemishes or defects. Any condition to the contrary will be announced. 8. Sale personnel and auctioneer do not act as agents for or represent either buyer or seller, but merely provide a medium for bringing together buyer and seller for the purpose of sales transactions. 9. A Brand Inspector will be at the sale to assist buyers with rapid departures of their purchases. 10. Every effort has been made to secure sound horses. Buyers are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED and have the RESPONSIBILITY to examine horses before bidding. THERE ARE NO FURTHER GUARANTEES! 11. Horses become the buyers risk and responsibility after they are sold. 12. Buyers unable to attend the sale may bid by phone with credit card arrangements made prior to the day of the sale. 13. TO LEAVE THE GROUNDS, EACH HORSE MUST HAVE A BRAND INSPECTION & A BILL OF SALE FROM THE SALES CLERK OFFICE. 14. Horses will NOT be sold in catalog order. Please bring your catalog to the sale – Limited supply. 15. All horses must be removed from the Lloydminster Exhibition Grounds by Saturday evening.
