Terms and Conditions

There will be a 18% buyers premium on all transactions. The buyer will be responsible for any sales tax and it will be included in the final sale price, if applicable. All sales are final and sold As is, Where is, and With All Faults. There will be no refunds on any purchases. All items must be picked up or items can be shipped at the buyers expense. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping, and Auctioneer will engage in all reasonable efforts to ensure that shipping costs remain commensurate with product prices. By placing a bid, Buyer agrees to research shipping costs associated with bid upon items, and further agrees that shipping costs incurred with regarding to bid upon items shall not be grounds for cancellation of the agreement to purchase the items upon which Buyer has placed a bid.
