Description	Welcome to the Sugar Creek Bible Camp annual quilt auction. These quilts are 100% donated to support the ministry of Sugar Creek Bible Camp. This is the largest fundraiser that the camp holds. Please see pictures for quilt descriptions and item details. We would like to say a big Thank You to all of our quilters, crafters, and bidders!

Terms and Conditions

The auction style will be absentee bidding. The final competitive bid online will be your Absentee bid for the live auction, meaning we will take the high Absentee bid online and that will set where the quilt or item will be started at in the live auction. EXAMPLE: Your bid is $500.00 online and you won the bid. The quilt will be offered for $525.00 at the Live auction. YOUR ABSENTEE BIDS WILL BE USED ON YOUR BEHALF AT THE LIVE AUCTION. BE SURE TO SET MAX BID AS WELL. IF YOU ARE WINNING THE BID AT $100.00 ONLINE BUT HAVE A MAX BID OF $500.00. WE WILL START YOUR ITEM AT THE $100.00 AT THE LIVE AUCTION AND HAVE THE EXTRA ROOM TO BID AGAINST THE LIVE CROWD IF THEY WANT TO BID ON YOUR ITEM AS WELL. There will not be a soft close. Auction is set to close at 5:00 P.M. Friday the 11th. at 5:00 P.M. the auction will close with NO more chances to bid online and item will then be offered at live auction. Buyers will be contacted if their bid is the winning bid after the live auction is complete. Buyers are responsible for arrangements of picking up their own items. Quilts can be shipped for a fee of $25.00 to anywhere in the U.S. By bidding on any item you are comfortable with its condition and have made all inspections neccessary. Auction company is not liable for any damaged, lost or stolen items. All items are sold as-is and Buyers are responsible and encouraged to inspecting thier own items.

Payment Terms	All sales are final. Auction company is not liable for any lost, damaged, and stole items. By bidding on items you have made your inspections and are comfortable with items condition and use. All items will need to picked up or shipped by Friday August 23rd at 5:00 pm. All remaining items will be discarded after 5:00 pm on Friday August 23rd if arrangement are not made and the buyer will be CHARGED of the purchased items.
