Kenneth Dixon Estate Auction On-Site Online Only Bidding Closes Wednesday June 24 6:00PM Pick up is Friday June 26 11-6PM. Pick up is on Site at 13 E North Street New Palestine Indiana. There will be no other alternative pick up dates, if You Cannot make this pick up time Please Do Not Bid! We will accept Cash, Cashiers Check, or Certified Funds on Titled Vehicles, and we will charge sales tax on titled vehicles. Everything else will sell with 15% buyers Premium and No Indiana Sales tax. Please make every effort to attend the auction preview scheduled for Sunday June 21 -3-5PM.
THIS IS AN INTERNET WEBCAST AUCTION APPLICABLE SALES TAX WILL APPLY 7% to titled vehicles. All other purchases are NON-Taxable. We will issue you a form that you can take to the BMV and show that you have already paid the sales tax. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $115.00 plus 7% Indiana Sales tax (Unless you have a valid ST-105 on file in our office)at checkout. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. If you intend to pay by cash, or local check, please include a note to the auctioneer at registration, or your credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.
