Auction Terms & Conditions
There is a 10% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.10 plus sales tax at checkout.
PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval.
REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site.
Removal hours: Between 10am - 4pm ON SPECIFIED DAY listed in the Auction.
If you require items to be shipped, there is a $7.00 handling fee for shipping in addition to the Shipping Costs.
If items are not picked up within 7-days after the auction, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. Communicate with us and I'm sure we can work something out!!
