Description	This auction has been months in planning to come to fruition. A lifetime of collecting brings you a pletheora of different items. This collector, with a good eye, and a great, wide interest, purchased many quality and interesting goodies. We have them for you and we bring you an auction to fill your spirit! Items include furniture, prints and paintings, car collectibles, glass, china, advertising, showcases, clocks, books, mannekins, printing presses and printing collectibles, office items, mid century modern and more.

Terms and Conditions

We will describe the items to the best of our ability. We cannot have a preview day because of the mandate for "Stay at Home". If the Mandate changes, we will provide you with a day for previewing the items. This is a sale that needs to be held ASAP so bear with the circumstances. Everything sold as is and where is. There will be a $10 Handling charge for any shipments. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Taxes will be charged at 6% by Michigan law. Buyers premium is 20%

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping will be done by FedEx or USPS. Please indicate when you set up upir account if you are going to need shipping Pick up will be scheduled for June 2,3, only. In order to meet the Mandate we will schedule appointments for each person. We will give you choices after the sale. Everything must be moved by Thursday. June 4th. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE PLAN WHAT YOU NEED TO DO YOUR MOVE AND MAKE IT HAPPEN ON OUR SCHEDULE. THE NEW OWNERS HAVE TO TAKE OVER THE BUILDING.
