This is an "e-bay" style auction where you may put your maximum bid and the computer will bid for you in increments. No items will be shipped. Payment in full is required at pick up on Thursday November 17th from 12pm-6pm at The Salvation Army at 1137 W. Main St. (corner of West Main and New Salem) Payment will be accepted in the form of cash or checks only. Payment must be made before items are removed on the specified pick up date. End Times: This auction is a timed event and has staggered end times with 1 item ending every 10 seconds starting at 6:00pm. Also any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes from the time the bid is placed. Bidder Verification: The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Clark Maples Realty & Auction will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. Withdrawal of Items From the Auction: Clark Maples Realty & Auction and/or our seller reserve the right to remove any item from the auction prior to the close of the auction.
