YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE AND COMPLETED BUYER REGISTRATION FORM. YOUR SPENDING LIMIT IS SET AT ZERO UNTIL YOU ARE APPROVED. Payment Terms
On-line purchases require a pre-approval process and will include a 0.5% buyer premium. On-line bidders must submit a Buyer Registration Form (form available at www.westernheritagesales.com), and a copy of your Driver's License. These documents must be submitted and approved at least 4 hours before the sale. No Exceptions! Documents can be e-mailed to WesternHeritageSales@gmail.com. Your on-line spending limit will be set at zero until approved as a buyer. An additional 4% fee is added to the purchase price for payment with Credit or Debit Cards.
All sale horses must be removed from the arena by 6 p.m. November 22, 2019. Horses on the grounds after this time remain at the risk, responsibility and expense of the buyer. On-line buyers will be contacted after the sale to make arrangements for care and maintenance of the horse. Any expenses incurred by Western Heritage Sales Company, Inc. due to after sale care and extended stay on the grounds will be reimbursed by the buyer.
