Absentee Bidding only on this auction with some very nice antique furniture and a few selected smaller pieces. Only selected items in the auction are included in this absentee bidding auction. The majority of the items belonged to the mother of an 84 year old man currently residing in a nursing home.
Terms and conditions: This auction is for Absentee Bidders who cannot attend the auction but can pick up any items won at a later date. There is a 13% Buyers Premium added to winning bids to determine final sales price. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE AUCTION. Bidders must register with a valid credit card what will be charged immediately after the auction for any items won. There is NO simultaneous online/onsite bidding. Absentee bidders should bid their maximum amount on any items desired and the Auctioneer will start the bidding at 75% of their maximum bid and increase it as necessary. All items are sold AS IS and are non-returnable. ALL ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN SCRUTINIZED FOR DEFECTS but any defect observed by the Auctioneer will be noted in the lot description.
