This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is due. We cannot invoice anyone until the auction is completely closed. If you will be picking up your firearms you could do so from Pookie's Gun & Archery at 7735 HWY 1, Mansura, LA 71350. If you would like your firearms to be shipped, please email wendi@bonnetteauctions.com a copy of your FFL dealer's license. Shipping charges will be charged separately from gun purchases. All credit cards will be charged immediately after the close of the auction. All sales are final. $20 handling fee per firearm, plus cost of UPS shipping. You must send a copy of the FFL dealer you would like us to ship the firearm to, prior to shipping. Please contact our office prior to the auction for clearance if you plan on bidding more than $5,000 in this auction. Buyer is responsible for removal logistics and costs. Try to remove all your items as soon as you can. All Sales are Final. All items are sold one time to the highest bidder. By law, when the auctioneer says "Sold," the item becomes the property of the bidder. At that time, the bidder is wholly responsible for the item. Again, the Auction Company assumes no responsibility for loss or theft, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to pay for the item regardless of loss or theft. Bonnette Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bonnette Auction Company, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
