* To purchase the home will require 10% down day of auction with the balance due at closing. * 10% will be received by a certified cashiers check. * All other online purchases will be charged a 10% buyers premium and a 4% credit card use. * Any purchase on the internet must be paid with credit card as an internet only bidder, exceptions of the vehicles and home. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. * For internet auction, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. This particular option will be live and online, if there is a tie bid, the floor will be the winning bidder.
