Closing bids are FINAL and Customer agrees that their final closing highest bids are legal sales transactions. Hypnotique Auctions makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the items being sold. Descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 18%. (3% reduction for cash payments) -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is filed with us on or before the sale. -ON SITE PICK UP Hypnotique Auctions DOES NOT provide Customer with help, packing supplies, tools or equipment for removal and loading of Customer’s item(s). Customer must supply their own packing supplies, tools, equipment and/or moving labor during their assigned pick up time. Customer retains responsibility for a safe and unobtrusive removal of items. During the pick up of items, the Customer is responsible for any damages to item(s) or property. -SHIPPING We offer in-house shipping on items unless the description states: "NO SHIPPING - PICK UP ONLY." Any requests for shipping MUST be received within 24 hours of auction closing. Payment for auction items must be made via Paypal or you can call us with your credit card number. Once auction items are paid, we will email you the shipping total. You will need to make a second payment for shipping. Normal shipping time is 7-10 days from the close of the Auction. -ITEM(S) REMOVAL and NON-REMOVAL NOTICE Purchases left beyond deadline for pickup could be assessed a storage charge of $10.00 per day per lot. Purchases not removed within 14 days will be forfeited without refund. Hypnotique Auctions reserves the right to resell any items left on premises for more than 14 days.
