All sales are final. All items are sold "as is - where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibilty to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Aurora Country Auction is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. There is a 15% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases. Credit Cards will be charged automatically on Tuesday after the Sunday close. Buyers may pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa, or auction approved check. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax emption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. You may email certificates to auroracountryauction@gmail.com. The auction staff reserves the right to bid. Sold items must be removed no later than 5pm Tuesday after a Sunday sale. The auction house is open Sundays 9-4 and Monday and Tuesday 9-5. The auction staff will assist internet bidders with arranging shipping, with all shipping costs borne by the buyer.
