Another auction form "That Flippin' Warehouse" on Walden Ave. The bidding is online only with lots closing 1 every 2 minutes starting at 7pm on 3/18/19 When auction is over you can schedule a pickup time on our website at https://www.wny.estate/pickup Pickups are flexible when they are at our warehouse location. Typically Wed 3-7 & Saturdays 10-2 or by appointment. This is a clearance of Antiques Collectibles, Records, Vintage Kitchen with other various unique items. We may add lots as auctions continue so please check back before closing ALWAYS read the terms! ALL information you will need is provided and we do NOT contact you when the auction is done. If you are unclear on any terms contact us before you start bidding. It is solely your responsibility to know and understand how you will get your items and to know what you won. We do not refund for any reason so make sure you know what is expected and understand the rules you agree to before you bid.
You are required to check a box before bidding that confirms you read our rules. It is up to you to understand the conditions you have agreed to before bidding. By bidding you are agreeing to these terms and agree to purchasing the items. First time buyers/bidders are encouraged to read the details before your first auction with Stewart Estate services LLC WE WILL NOT contact you after auction completion. All the information needed to get your items is provided and you are solely responsible to read and follow instructions. All of our standard Terms & Conditions are always available on our website at https://www.wny.estate/salehelp A dollar bill or coin shown in an auction photo is to show scale and size and NEVER included with your purchase. The items are sold AS IS. We are selling items from our clients and not our personal property. We are not able to place any guarantee or warranty. We are often using information provided by the property owner which occasionally (although unintentional) they give us incorrect information. We make no guarantees of accuracy. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your items before you remove them from the pickup site. Items should be tested to your satisfaction before removing them. Once you leave with your purchase the sale will be considered final. We cannot refund items or take returns for any reason. If we ship or deliver an item you understand you waive your right to inspect and agree to pay for the item as is. We do not intentionally sell any item that is not in working condition. We do not , however, have the ability to fully examine or test all items. If a listing states items are in working condition this is still not a guarantee other than to say we have seen the items turned on or it appeared to be functioning. The authenticity is added if known. (For example silver tea set is descriptive only unless "sterling" silver, pure silver or S925 is stated) Don't assume gold, silver or other descriptor to be a guarantee of quality or value unless clearly stated as such. You should inspect your items but we will not allow cancelled sales unless they are improperly described. This is an internet-only auction. All bidding activity will take place online. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * By bidding you agree to buy and accept all of our Terms & Conditions * You are solely responsible to know if you won and to know end dates, pickup dates and rules. * We need to hear from you after an auction. It is not possible and not our responsibility to call or find buyers that do not show up or contact us. * We reserve the right to sell your item to another interested party if you do not follow rules of pickup, do not show up on the date and time to pickup or do not arrange shipping. * We are not responsible for missed/lost E-mails, notifying you of won lots or following up if you do not make it to a pickup. All information you will need is provided for you before you bid. If you are bidding it is your responsibility to check after auction close for what you won. "I didn't get an e-mail" is not an excuse to not show up. * We Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Buyer's premium rate will be listed in that section for each auction and is typically 15% for all auctions. The minimum BP is $1 per invoice/auction. Some prior customers and cash buyers may receive a discounted rate. * Payment can be Cash or Charge ** NO CHECKS ** If you do not notify us that you wish to pay cash your card on file is automatically billed after the auction closes. *If you are a reseller we must have a copy of your current tax exempt certificate BEFORE the close of your first tax -exempt auction or you will be charged sales tax. Once we have your certificate you will be exempt for all upcoming auctions going forward. Please try and ask all questions about items at least 24 hours prior to the closing so we have time to go inspect the item if necessary. We will do our best but often time simply does not allow extra trips before the pickup day. Payment Terms
Won/Purchases items will be billed to your card on file when auction closes. If you are planning to pay cash in person you must message before the auction ends so we can notate your account. If you miss the pickup after agreeing to pay cash your card will be billed. PAYMENT can be Cash, Credit or Debit but no checks please! If you wish to pay cash or charge you can pay when you pick the items up. Any attempts to reverse payments through credit company will be a civil matter and you will be banned permanently from any further auctions. We incur an additional penalty when items are disputed therefore you agree to the sale being final after you inspect and remove your item from the pickup location without exception. The time to cancel a sale is prior to removing your items. If you cancel the sale for any reason a 25% restocking fee is assessed. Non-payment will mean you can not bid on any future auctions until resolved. We unfortunately incur costs to move the items to our warehouse and will have to re-sell at another date or we donate them.
GO TO www.WNY.estate/pickup for scheduling and location details Unless alternate shipping or delivery is arranged the items will need to be picked up on the designated date and time given. Items not picked up that day continue to accrue charges of an additional 10% (min. $5) weekly in storage fees. After 30 days your items are forfeited and no refund will be issued. You will not be allowed further bidding on any other auctions unless your fees owed are paid in full regardless whether or not you picked up your item. You are required to remove ALL items as part of your lot. There is a minimum $5 fee PER LOT if you would like to leave things behind so be prepared to remove everything. Unfortunately due to the great deals you are getting it often costs us more than we make to dispose of the items people do not remove. If your items are found abandoned after you leave your card is automatically charged. SHIPPING - We can ship or deliver all items we sell but you are responsible to contact us to arrange shipping. You are responsible for all associated fees. We can not cancel a sale if you change your mind because of shipping/delivery cost so bid wisely. We will no longer ship items unless the combined purchase being shipped is at least $40 before shipping costs are added. If you have items from multiple auctions we can combine them, hold items until you purchase from another auction or we will have to charge you the difference. Any items we are holding more than 30 days will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund. When the auction is done you will need to pay the invoice total for your items. If items fit in a flat rate USPS package the total should be a flat $25 fee that will be included in your invoice. For larger items we drop your purchased lots at our local UPS store after you pay. You will need to pay UPS directly for packaging and shipping. Any larger items such as furniture will be up to you to arrange freight shipping.
