When online bidding closes the highest online bids will be TAKEN TO THE FLOOR TO COMPETE WITH THE BIDS FROM OUR LIVE AUDIENCE. *WE OFFER PHONE BIDDING IF YOU PREFER TO COMPETE WITH THE LIVE AUDIENCE BIDDERS. Please call 903-262-4166 to request a phone bid. If you receive an email stating that your online bid "MAY HAVE WON" it means you had the highest bid online but may not have had the winning bid. If you win we will notify you normaly within 48 hours. Even though you were required to give a Credit Card number to register, the online platform does not collect the payment we do. Any discrepancies must be addressed with FAH within 24 hours of the end of the auction or the invoice stands as is. *FAH has a 13% Buyer's Premium with a 3% DISCOUNT for payments made by cash or check. In order to use a Credit or Debit Card you must make a purchase of at least $25.00. -All items sold are AS IS/WHERE IS except when a guarantee is specified by the auctioneer. ** IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE AUTHENTICITY AND VALUE BEFORE PLACING A BID. We give the best descriptions and post the best photos possible. No FAH staff member has the authority to make statement of guarantee, authenticity or warranty. All property is open to public inspection during preview periods prior to the beginning of the auction. Statements, pictures, and descriptions are opinions only and are not representations or warranties. A bid by any person shall be considered conclusive proof of acceptance of condition of any given item for sale herein as stated. -The buyer is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer for each lot. Once the auctioneer says "sold", the bidder has become a winning bidder and has effected a legal contract of sale. Upon the word "sold", the responsibility for items immediately passes from the auction to the buyer. TIE BIDS - The auctioneer has the discretion to re-open the bid or sale to the highest bidder acknowledged. -Any FAH staff member, including the owners and the auctioneer, reserve the right to bid on any item in the auction so long as the paid amount is the same as any other bidder would pay without discount or advantage. -CONSIGNORS may not bid on their own merchandise AT ANY TIME. -All reasonably sized items won by live bidders must be taken home the night of the auction. Please see one of our FAH staff members to arrange PICK UP of any item (furniture, large signs, etc.) that cannot be taken home the night of the auction. ALL items that require an arrangement of pick up must be removed within a 7 day period. Under special circumstances, FAH will offer a 2-3 day extension. -SHIPPING If your purchases require shipping you are responsible for making all arrangements for packing, shipping as well as all cost for those services. We are happy to assit with shipping when possible. * There is a $2-5 packaging minimum for any and all in house packaging of small items prior to shipping. The cost of packaging for larger shipments will vary depending on the item/s. We will be glad to give you that cost information prior to shipping. ***THE AUCTIONEER, AUCTION COMPANY, and AUCTION STAFF MEMBERS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS ON THE PROPERTY.
