REGISTERING: When you register to Barn Finds, please read over the terms and conditons. We collect credit card information to verify your ability to bid. This is a secure site. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER: If you are the successful bidder your credit card will be charged. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. MAXIMUM BID. If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sells below your maximum you will only be charged the final bid amount. The Auction Flex software will bid the predetermined minimum bid when you are out bid and if you check the "outbid notification box" you will be notified if you are no longer the high bidder. WINNING BIDDERS will be notified shortly after the auction. Your credit card can be charged at that time for the price of the item(s) you have won plus buyers premium and taxes unless alternative arrangements have been made. PICK UP of the items MUST be made within the hours specified for the auction, unless otherwise previously decided upon. Items not picked up will still be charged and be considered abandoned and assumed property of Barn Finds . SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS/ DELIVERY - Barn Finds will ship smaller items, provided the buyer arranges courier service for payment. Please contact us for more information. SOFT CLOSE. All of Barn Finds auctions will have the soft close policy in place. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of a sale that item will not close for another 3 minutes and will remain open as long as there are bids. AUCTION ITEMS. All items are sold on a "as is" "where is" basis. Please feel free to contact Barn Finds with any questions and it is strongly recommended that you visit the preview of the items set out at the alotted time and date. The seller and the auctioneer Barn Finds assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions to the auction. We reserve the right to remove and/or add items to the sale at any point during the auction. DISPUTES. Barn Finds always puts the customers needs first and we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve all legitimate disputes. Previews should satisfy any questions and if there is a description error please notify us. If there are changes to a specific item during a sale it will be posted or removed on the Web site. All sales are final. PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISKS. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save Barn Finds Online Auctions and their consignors harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Barn Finds Online Auctions, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of an auction. Bidding through Barn Finds Auction you are acknowledging agreement with the terms above. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DURING SPECIFIED CHECKOUT TIMES OR THE ITEM WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND A DISPOSAL FEE MAY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
