Terms and Conditions Unit is sold "AS IS WHERE IS"; with no warranties written or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Buyer understands any description given or written on the item is not guaranteed, and will rely entirely on their own inspection. All specifications for this item are taken from sources generally deemed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. Check, verify and if possible, self inspect item you are bidding on. Payment and Shipping No items will be released until payment is made in full. Shipping will be calculated on items that can be shipped and this charge will be added to the invoice. Items may also be picked up with no handling fees. All sales are final at the close of the auction. Within hours of the close of the auction you will receive an invoice. There is a link in the email in which you can use to pay securely. You may also call and make payment over the phone or make payment when items are picked up within 3 business days of the auction. Please use the link for payments. We accept Credit Cards for purchases under $1000, Wire Transfers, Certified Check, or cash at pickup. Credit cards are also accepted on purchases under $1000 and will have a 4% convenience fee added to the total to establish the total amount due. You may also call in credit card payments, however due to banking security policies it is advised that payments be made through the secure payment link. Wire transfers are accepted on purchases of $1000 or more. A $10 fee will be added to the invoice on all bank wire transactions. All funds must clear bank before item may be picked up. Winning bidder must contact or make payment the auction company within 36 hours of sale end. Full payment is due no later than 3 business days. Buyer has 14 days after payment is confirmed to arrange pickup of item. Buyer is responsible for any and all taxes, shipping cost, and arrangements. Auction company will be happy to ship small items or arrange freight for larger purchases at the buyers expense. Invoices will be emailed along with payment links within 24 hrs of the close of the auction. ***Please note that the address that you have on file with this auction platform WILL BE the address that purchases will be shipped to unless you notify the Auction Company before shipment.
