Terms & Conditions 1. All bidders must register with a bidder number prior to bidding. 2. All items must be paid for in full including applicable sales taxes, except exempted by law, on the day of the sale and prior to removing items from the auction premises. 3. Buyer acknowledges that Seller has provided the opportunity to inspect item(s) prior to purcchasing & the Buyer has or has not so inspected the items in his sole discretion. 4. A bid by any person is conclusive proof that the buyer is aquainted with the terms and conditions of the sale. 5. All sales are final. All property is sold "As-Is, Where Is". It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition of the items they are bidding on. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any & all bids it deems necessary. Though all descriptions & commentary are believed to be correct, neither Auctioneer nor Seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the items being sold & in no way shall be held accountable for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuieness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition, etc. 6. The Buyer is the highest bidder. In the case of a dispute the Auctioneer has the right to reopen the bidding at his discretion until the property is sold. 7. When the Auctioneer says "Sold", title of the property shall pass to the highest bidder, who assumes full risk & responsibility of the item. Upon removal of the property the Buyer assumes all risk & expense to do so. All items must be paid for & removed within the time period announced by the Auctioneer. 8. Neither Auctioneer nor Seller shall be liable for any personal injury. Buyer and those attending with the buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from being on the premises and/or use of loading/unloading equipment and/or use of items(s) sold hereunder, and shall defend, indemnify and save harmless Seller and Auctioneer from any liability. 9. Auctioneer acts soley as an agent and is not a party to any contract for the sale of any item sold at this auction. 10. All items purchased must be removed within 7 days of the auction.
