Description	This auction is a combination of two estates.

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * We charge 8.25% tax rate. * We charge a 15% buyer's premium. *No will ship small items. * We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept U.S. dollars / cash. * We give a 3% discount for cash payments. * Pick-up for the auction will be Monday, March 4th, 2019, from 10:30 am until 2:00 pm. * Any items not picked up at the specified time will be donated to charity, and no money will be refunded. (If you cannot pick up your items at the specified time, please contact us and we will try to work with you to arrange an alternate pick-up time.) *We reserve the right to cancel and / or reopen the auction in the case of system failure.

Shipping / Pick Up

We will gladly ship small items, only. Just let us know, at the end of the auction that you want your items shipped. We use US Post Office, Priority Mail and FedEx Ground.
