This is an online only auction, do not bid unless you intend to buy. All auction items are sold As Is -Where Is with any faults that they may have. Descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Bidder signifies they are bidding regardless of item’s condition. Indiana Sales Tax (7%) is charged on all purchases (in and out of state). 10% buyer’s premium is charged to all items in this auction. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted, all credit cards will be charged a 3% fee. All items must be picked up March 15-16 at the Landmark Auction Center (across from the Odon Locker in Odon, IN)

Shipping / Pick Up

All items must be picked up March 15, 1:00-5:00 PM, and March 16, 9:00-11:00 at the Landmark Auction Center (across from the Odon Locker in Odon, IN). You will be responsible for loading all of your auction purchases. Goods left more than 15 days at our facility are subject to resale without notice for storage fees. NO SHIPPING ON THIS AUCTION.
