By participating in this auction you agree to the following terms and conditions: All items must be paid for by the close of the Auction or upon invoice and pick up of items during alloted pick up times. Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Good Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (3% surcharge) No buyers premuim will be charged to onsite bidders. For successful online/ internet buyers, A 10 % buyers premium will be charged to the total invoice price and includes the credit card processing fee. A $750 buyers premium cap will be applied to each item purchased ( if applicable) if online buyer pays with cash/check. Imediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and resposnibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determing his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. The Seller(s) and the Auction Company and all of its Associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damages, or accidents. If there is a "Tie" bid between a "floor" (bidder present at the live auction) and an online bidder then the floor bidder's bid takes precedence. Online bids that are presented to the auctioneer after he says "sold" will not be accepted. This will be a fast paced auction and quick bidding will be required.
