DISPUTES: The Auctioneers shall designate the winning bidder after each item is auctioned. Bidder further acknowledges that the Auctioneers may group two or more lots together and ask for an increase to the individual bid price so that the items may be sold as a group rather than individually. Auctioneers reserve the right to offer the property/items in any matter that will produce the most favorable outcome for the current owner. 8. BUYERS PREMIUM: Bidder acknowledges and agrees that a 13% Buyers Premium shall be added to the final bid and charged to all purchases. 9. VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION: Bidder acknowledges that posted documents & any available motor vehicle titles will be completed and mailed to the buyer within 15 days after the auction.
