We are offering 3 properties, each with unique features and uses. The owner of the properties is retiring and "cleaning up" the books.

Once you place a winning bid you have entered into a legally binding contract. All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without guarantees of any kind, other than transfer by General Warranty Deed. Due to varying Internet speeds, browser controls, wireless signals, and other communication problems we DO NOT GUARANTEE that your bid will be accepted on any item. Do not wait until the last possible second to place a bid. While descriptions and counts are believed to be accurate, they are NOT GUARANTEED. Buyers need to rely solely upon their own inspection and due diligence. a 10% buyer's premium will be added to the last and highest bid on each tract. The high bid and buyer's premium will constitute the Sales Price. The properties are not offered subject to any contigencies. If you need financing, then you must arrange this before bidding. If you need to sell another property in order to afford this one, then please refrain from bidding. The properties are sold subject to acceptance of the bids by the seller. The seller is not expecting the maximum value for the property, but it will not be sold for an extremely low price either.

Payment Terms
Immediately after the bidding concludes and the seller accepts the bid, the high bidder for each tract will be contacted by phone. The high bidder will be required to make a 5% earnest money deposit at that time, either by wire transfer, hand delivery of a check, or credit card. (There will be a processing fee for credit card use). The Sales Contract will be drawn and electronically sent to the buyer and seller for execution. Once the Sales Contract has been completed and signed by both parties, the closing date will be set. This must occur within 30 days of the Sales Contract date, time being of the essence.
