Description	D & D Statuary and U-Cart Concrete Business Liquidation Live Auction, Saturday, March 30, 2019, 10:00AM 3415 Merriam Drive, Overland Park, KS 66203 Mr. Richard Dubin has manufactured the finest quality and largest selection of statuary in Johnson County for more than 35 years. Mr. Dubin has decided to retire and liquidate his entire inventory of statuary, statuary molds, equipment, and tools. Along with the D & D Statuary, Mr. Dubin will be liquidating his U-Cart Concrete Service. This will include the concrete plant, u-carts, equipment, and supplies.

Registration: To bid, you will need to register at the mobile office on the day of the auction. 2. Payment Method: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. 3. Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax: A 10% buyer's fee will be applied to your invoice total. Sales tax will also be collected as this is a business liquidation auction. (Example: If the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $10.00. Your total invoice is $110.00) 4. Due Diligence: Every effort has been made to provide the information and descriptions that best represent each item in the auction. However, accuracy is not guaranteed and each bidder is responsible for conducting their own indepent due diligence concerning items of interest. 5. Warranty: All items are sold as is, where is, without warranty expressed or implied. 6. Changes to the Auction: To best respond to various circumstances during the auction, changes to specific lots may become necessary and occur without notice. Lots may be added, combined, or removed without notice. 7. Generations Real Estate & Auction is agent of the seller only. 8. The sale will be conducted in live auction format. 9. Successful Bidder: If you are the successful bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the price of your final bid. Once the auctioneer says, "Sold," you are responsible for your items. 10. Item Pick Up: You are responsible for the pick up and removal of all items you have purchased. You will need to present your paid invoice at the time of pick up. If you need assistance with removal, loading, and transporting your items, you will need to make arrangements before you arrive.
