We will have a forklift and driver on site to assist with large, heavy items first come first served. We WILL NOT provide dollies, furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, boxes, or any items that you may need to prepare your items for transportation. We WILL NOT provide manpower for load out assistance. The TexMAX team will only check out your items. 1. State driver's license or ID card is required to register. Must be 18 years or older to register. 2. Buyer premium shall be 18% for credit and debit cards and 15% for cash or cashier's check. Buyer premium shall be added to the hammer price and that sum shall be the taxable amount. 3. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction and the card you register with will be charged. Methods of payment are AMX, VISA, Discover or MC. Cash or Casiers checks will still be accepted, please contact us to exercise that option. 4. Tax will be 8.25% unless auction location tax rates differ. 5. All items sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties. 6. Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items. 7. Auctioneer and auction team are agents for the seller and will conduct business in his/her best interest. 8. Auction staff is not responsible for load out or providing any equipment for same. 9. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges. 10. No buyers shall trade any items on the auction premises. 11. Any items not picked up by Feburary 1st shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND. 12. All items must be picked up from auction location.
