UPDATE: Due to a family emergency, transfers through GiGi's Gunshop cannot be scheduled for Saturday, January 19th, and will instead be by appointment starting the following Saturday: JANUARY 26th. This is an "Online Only" Auction starting January 2, 2019 - 5 PM and ending January 17, 2019 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 15% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. In-person gun preview will take place at Chesapeake MarketPlace on Saturday, January 5th from 3pm-5pm and on Saturday, January 12th from 2pm-6pm. Firearm transfer will be through GiGi's Gunshop, 1805 Western Shores Blvd, Port Republic, MD 20676. $25 transfer fee for long rifle/shotgun. $50 transfer fee for handguns. Handgun Qualification License required. All transfers will be by appointment at GiGi's starting SATURDAY, JANUARY 26th. Call GiGi's Gunshop to set up appointment time: 410-495-8444. All transfer fees by cash or check only; no debit/credit. Out of state buyers will be required to pay for shipping and provide receiving FFL to GiGi's Gunshop by email at gigis-gunshop@somd.us. Out of state shipping $50 flat rate USPS to FFL of buyer, insurance extra, cashiers check or USPS money order only payable to GiGi's Gunshop, P.O. Box 248, Port Republic, MD 20676. Out of State buyers are responsible for ensuring any firearm purchased is legal in their state. If you are a convicted felon, do not bid/buy. Buyer on invoice must be individual who picks up firearm and is transfered undergoing NICS check. All sales are final. Questions by email to Gigis-gunshop@somd.us. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not…. NO EXCEPTIONS! 6. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction. 7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid. 8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots. 9. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased.
