6% Sales Tax will be added to your sales total.
Everything must be paid for in full by the end of day October 24, 2018. Accepted forms of payment are: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and Wire Transfer. We will accept credit cards up to $10,000; otherwise you will need to do a wire transfer. Additionally, if your invoice is under $3000.00, we will automatically charge the credit card you use to register. If you need wire transfer instructions or have any questions, please call the office at 317-227-3720.
If paying by wire transfer, nothing will be removed from the site until the funds are in our account.
Everything sells "As Is/Where Is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the bid closes, the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Advertised items may be subject to prior sale.
