If there are bids during the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended for 2 additional minutes. This will continue until there are no bids for a period of 2 minutes, at which time the auction will close. Registration is required in advance of bidding. If you have any questions or any trouble with the bidding or registration process, feel free to contact our office for help. THERE IS NO BUYER'S FEE ADDED TO THE SALES PRICE. Terms: Owner is highly motivated to sell but reserves the right to accept or reject the final bid. Successful bidder will sign a real estate contract and place a deposit of $5,000 within 24 hours of auction closing. Closing will be within 30 days or at such time as mutually agreed upon by buyer and seller. If you have any questions about any of the terms, please contact the auction company.
