CST Friday November 30, 2018. 75 Acre Auction bidding ends at 12:00 p.m. noon CDT Friday November 30, 2018. Any bid placed inside 5 minutes will extend the auction bidding another 5 minutes. This will continue until there are no more bids. Procedure: Land to be sold as two (2) parcels. One of 40 acres more or less and one of 75 acres more or less. BIDDING WILL BE PRICE PER ACRE WITH MINIMUM INCREMENTS OF $25.00 PER ACRE Buyer’s premium: A 5% buyers premium will be added to the high bid to equal the final contract price. CONTRACT AND DOWN PAYMENT: Contract for purchase to be signed no later than 12:00 p.m. CDT December 1, 2018. A 10% down payment of the total contract purchase price will be due immediately after being declared the winning bidder. The down payment may be paid in the form of personal check, business check or cashier’s check and received within 3 business days. Earnest check to be made to Harvey Law Trust Account.
