DATE OF SALE: To begin Friday, October 26, 2018 at 5:00 PM and conclude on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at or about 6:00 PM. PREVIEW: Public Inspection by appt only. Trailers are typically available for viewing Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items. PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the time of pickup on November 19-23, 2018. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions. ITEM PICKUP: Pickup will be scheduled the week of, November 19-23 , 2018 from 10:00AM-5:00PM. Pickup location will be listed in your email that comes with your invoice. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax. Livestock trailers are tax exempt in the State of Kentucky. AUCTION END TIMES: Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions are timed events and bidding on lots will close at staggered time intervals. Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 4:00 PM receives a bid at 3:59, the close will automatically extend to 4:03 PM. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3 minute time frame. REFRESH YOUR SCREEN CONSTANTLY DURING THE CLOSING MINUTES OF THE BIDDING!! Winning Lots = Green, Losing Lots = Red, Watched Lots = Blue All property is sold in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc... will be allowed or permitted. Property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition or fitness of purpose.
