Terms and Conditions: REGISTRATION: Registration will be required in order to bid. At the time of registration information will be collected in order to verify who you are and if you are eligible to bid. In order to properly register credit card information will be collected to ensure you are a qualified buyer. Please not the credit card used to register may be charged a normal fee of $1 dollar to verify that the card is activated. This charge will be reversed within 3-5 business days. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. PURCHASES: When the auction closes and you are a winner, your credit card will be charged the winning amount, plus the applicable buyer’s premium and taxes. All sales are subject to 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) and a 15% Buyer’s Premium of the purchase price. Payment must be made in full at the conclusion of the sale. Please note that the winning buyers must attend during the allotted pick up time frame. If the winning buyers do not pick up during the allotted pick up time frame their credit card will be charge the winning price, the buyer’s premium and taxes for the item(s) not picked up. If you win and do not pay within the specific pickup period; your credit card will be charged the winning bid amount, the applicable buyer’s premium, taxes plus storage fees of $20 per day. If the total of the purchase exceeds the credit card limit, the credit card will be charged its maximum amount and the remaining balance will be due within 24 hours. Please not that Buyers are not permitted to retract their bids. REVIEWING YOUR BIDS: During the auction you can monitor the status of your bids at any time. Please note that you are not allowed to retract your bid once it is made. Please view all photos and review the description of the item(s) before you place your bid. Please be aware that all measurements are approximations. We will do our best to note any defects of the item prior to the conclusion of the auction so that you are able to bid accordingly. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults and no guarantees that the item can be used for its particular function. RETRIEVING ITEMS: Dates and times of pick up will be posted. Please refrain from bidding if you are unable to pick up purchased items during the specified date and time. The buyer is responsible for bringing any tools, equipment and labour required to pick up purchased items. Should you require shipping on any items please contact us before you place your bid. Please note that should you require shipping, all shipping costs will be added on the total purchase price of the item(s) (purchase price, plus buyer’s premium, plus HST). ONLINE AUCTION: We will do our best to represent each item in the description and photos as accurately as possible. All items are sold as is will all faults and it is ultimately the bidder’s responsibility to verify the condition of the item before they place a bid in order to bid accordingly. We do not authenticate any signatures and are not responsible for any seller’s errors and/or omissions. We also reserve the right to remove and/or add any items or lots to the auction at any time. BY REGISTERING AS A BUYER, YOU AGREE THAT ESTATE BUYERS AND OTHER SELLERS ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED, YOUR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR FOR INJURY OR DEATH. RESERVES: If an item is sold with a reserve, it will be identified. For items sold with a reserve the bidders must pay at least the specified amount for that item in order to win the item. SOFT CLOSE: A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before the auction closes in order to prevent others from bidding higher. If an individual bids at the end of the auction the bidding will remain open for that specific item for a specified time in order to allow others to bid as well. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: All items are sold on an as is, where is, with all faults basis. If an item is listed in error or cannot be located during pick up time, the bidder agrees that they shall be refunded the item in question however all items bid on remain binding.
