A represenative from Gavin Bros. will contact you and email you the contract for signature. Earnest money will be 10% of the purchase price collected the day of the sale for live bidders or to be wired to Gavin Bros. Trust account by 2:00 PM CST on Monday October 20th for online bidders. A 4% buyers premium will be added to the final bid to determine the actual contract price. Closing to take place within 45 days of auction. Properties are sold subject to the approval of the Baraboo State Bank Trust Department P.R. Properties are sold in their "AS IS" condition with all of their faults.
