Description
Idaho Department of Lands Shiloh Guard Station Surplus Buildings (Structures Only) Located off of Highway 95 Near McArthur Lake in Boundary County, Northern Idaho. Buildings must be paid for in Full no later than Wednesday, October 24th, 2018. Buildings Must be Removed No Later Than May 15th, 2019. ***NOTE*** Once the buyer begins the process of removal, ALL materials except foundation must be removed within 30 days including any and all debris from the removal process. Any buildings or materials left after the 30 day removal period stated, or later than May 15th, 2019 will be forfeit and disposed of.
All items are sold as is, where is with all faults and without warranty express or implied. Your bidding is not conditional upon financing, so be sure that you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash by the specified payment date. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final high bid on each parcel or parcel(s) to determine the final purchase price. EVIDENCE OF TITLE: Only the building structures are offered for sale with no land included. No title to any lands. POSSESSION: The successful bidder shall take possession of the buildings only after payment in full has been made. The structures must be removed NO LATER than May 15th, 2019 ***NOTE*** Once the buyer begins the process of removal, ALL materials except foundation must be removed within 30 days including any and all debris from the removal process. SALES TAX: Idaho State Sales Tax will be collected at time of payment in the amount of 6% of the final purchase price for in-state buyers. Out of state buyers will be required to fill out and sign an Idaho State Sales Tax Exemption Form ACREAGE: Absolutely No Acreage or Lands are included in this auction, Structures Only PROPERTY INSPECTION: Each potential bidder is responsible for conducting, at their own risk, independent inspections, investigations, inquiries, and due diligence concerning the Buildings. Inspection dates have been scheduled and will be staffed with auction personnel. Each potential bidder shall be liable for any property damage and/ or personal injuries (including death) caused by or arising from any such inspection or investigations by them or their agents or consultants.
