REQUIRED DEPOSIT: A deposit of $5,000.00 by certified funds or bank draft payable to David Moore & Associates or email transfer to info@rapid-sell.ca. Please check your email transfer daily limits in advance as 100% of deposit must be received no later than Thursday November 8th, 2018 at 4:00pm to qualify to bid. (Deposit is fully refunded if not the winning bidder.) ONLINE REGISTRATION, COMPLETED BIDDERS AGREEMENT & the REQUIRED DEPOSIT must be received by David Moore & Associates / Rapid-Sell.ca no later than Thursday November 8th, 2018 at 4:00 pm to qualify to bid. NO RESERVE: This property will be sold unreserved to the highest and final qualified bidder. SOFT CLOSE: To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 3 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. STRATEGY: We recommend that ALL BIDDERS put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid. The software system will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out the under-bidder at the prescribed bid increment.
