Auction Terms & Conditions Adam Marshall Auctioneers will contact you about your purchase. Good company or personal check accepted. Must be sent in the mail no later than the day after the auction. Wire transfer is accepted with a $20 additional fee. Returned check fee is $35. Credit card accepted under $500 with 3% fee extra. If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and mail with your check. Online bidders have 10% buyers premium capped at $250 added to their purchases. No buyers premium onsite. Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee. Currency Type: USD Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs. TERMS: Payment in full day of auction by good check. Personal or company checks will be accepted. Immediate possession of the property given upon the auctioneer saying "sold" and full possession after complete settlement. The auction company is not responsible for your items if they become damaged or stolen. Everything sells in “as is” conditions – no warranties - all sales are final. In no event shall Adam Marshall Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Adam Marshall Auctioneers shall not be responsible for any errors and omissions in the description of the items. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against Adam Marshall Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. Adam Marshall Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the proxibid-bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid before the auction begins.
